Subject to our findings and in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, we may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer you an ‘online store’ credit of the part or full value of your order including shipping charges. This information must be provided to us within 72 hours of the original complaint notification email sent to us. Our team may need further information to help with solving your complaint. The complaint notification email should be sent to us within 24 hours of the order having been delivered to you.
Upon further investigation, if any errors in order processing are found, we will offer you an ‘online store’ credit. However, upon receiving your order and in case of any damaged, missing or incorrect products in your order, please notify us promptly via email on. We hope that you are happy with your order purchase. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will only be made in the form of ‘online store’ credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation. However, it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been dispatched. In case you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. No monetary refunds will be made under any circumstances.

Kindly refer to each product’s packaging for correct storage instructions. Hence, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is able to receive promptly and store the products correctly and immediately after delivery receipt. You can use this to track your order from the time it leaves our central kitchen and makes its way to the delivery location stated in your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email and text, and be provided with a tracking number. Please note that local and national holidays may affect the delivery date / timeline of your order delivery. For orders within other cities of India, please allow 1-4 days from the date of placing your order. Our production team hand picks the products based on your flavor selection and transfers them to our packaging team, who carefully packages each item to ensure that the freshness and quality of the products is retained.įor orders within Mumbai, please allow a lead time of 24 hours for delivery from the date of placing your order.
